Cancellation Policy
Appointments are confirmed once the deposit is received. Deposits secure your bookings and are non-refundable. The remaining balance is due at the start of the appointment: cash, card, Zelle, or Cash App. If you need to cancel appointments, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance to reschedule. Same-day cancellations or no-shows will result in the loss of the deposit. Also, please note that no extra guests or children are allowed unless they are being served.
